What this service is — and what it is not

We provide non-clinical coordination for international patients coming to China. That means helping with hospital pathways, records, translation, travel planning, and practical in-country support. We do not diagnose illness, recommend treatment plans as a medical provider, or promise outcomes.

Service Boundary Statement

Before getting into the workflow, we make the division of responsibility explicit. That keeps the service clear, compliant, and easier to trust.

We handle

Cross-border communication, record translation, hospital pathway planning, appointment and visa coordination, in-country accompaniment, and all non-clinical coordination work.

Hospitals handle

All clinical diagnosis, medical decisions, surgery and prescribing, inpatient and testing arrangements, and all medical fees charged directly by the hospital.

We handle coordination and process support. All diagnosis, treatment planning, and clinical decisions remain solely with licensed hospitals and doctors. We do not participate in any clinical judgement, do not prescribe, and do not receive referral fees or commission from hospitals.

Your Care Coordination Journey

We turn the service into four practical phases so patients can see what happens next, when each task happens, and where our coordination role adds value.

Phase One

Before Travel: Matching and Preparation

  • Hospital pathway matching: shortlist suitable public international departments or private hospitals based on your records.
  • Record handling: organize and translate records, then prepare formal submission to the hospital side.
  • Appointments and visa: confirm doctor availability, provide visa guidance, and coordinate invitation documents where needed.
Phase Two

After Arrival: Landing and Setup

  • Arrival coordination: organize airport pickup, local accommodation, and transport planning between your stay and the hospital.
  • Hospital readiness: clarify registration steps, hospital wayfinding, and the international department reception flow before the visit.
Phase Three

During Visits: Interpretation and Execution

  • Professional accompaniment: arrange in-hospital interpretation support so communication with doctors is clearer and more complete.
  • Process flow: help manage department changes, test scheduling, and practical payment handoffs with the hospital.
  • Document understanding: help you understand instructions, prescriptions, and the non-clinical parts of reports in real time.
Phase Four

After Returning Home: Follow-Up and Continuity

  • Report organization: translate and archive final medical documents for later use.
  • Remote continuity: coordinate follow-up with the treating doctor and help align the next plan based on hospital instructions.
Medical consultation and hospital selection

Hospital Pathway Matching

Choosing a hospital route in China can be confusing. We help patients compare public international departments, private hospitals, and specialty institutions based on records, language needs, expected timeline, and travel realities.

  • Initial coordination intake
  • Hospital background and department strength information
  • Appointment assistance and scheduling communication
  • Help understanding provider explanations and written materials
  • Second-opinion coordination where available

Deliverable: a clearer shortlist of suitable hospital pathways and practical next-step guidance.

Visa application support

Visa Application Support

Medical travel often depends on timing, documentation, and invitation materials. We help patients prepare the non-clinical side of visa coordination so the process is clearer and less fragmented.

  • Visa route guidance
  • Visa document preparation assistance
  • Hospital invitation letter coordination
  • Application submission guidance
  • Document translation and organization support

Deliverable: a practical document checklist and timeline for the next visa-related step.

Travel arrangements

Travel Arrangements

Cross-border care involves more than a hospital booking. We help patients plan flights, arrival timing, accommodation, and local transport around the real medical schedule.

  • Flight booking assistance
  • Airport pickup and transfer arrangements
  • Accommodation booking (short-term or long-term)
  • Local transportation coordination
  • Travel preparation guidance

Deliverable: a more workable travel plan built around appointment timing and patient comfort.

Interpretation and translation support

Interpretation & Translation Support

Language barriers make hospital visits harder to navigate. We coordinate professional interpretation and translation support so patients can communicate more clearly and understand provider instructions.

  • Outpatient and consultation interpretation
  • Medical document translation
  • Professional medical report translation
  • Prescription and instruction explanation support
  • Full-process language support services

Deliverable: clearer communication before, during, and after hospital visits.

On-site patient support

On-Site Patient Support

Hospital visits in an unfamiliar system can be tiring and confusing. We coordinate practical on-site support so patients can move through departments, testing, and logistics with less friction.

  • Hospital visit accompaniment
  • Examination and visit-flow coordination
  • Medication and discharge information support
  • Daily logistics coordination
  • Liaison support with hospitals and related institutions

Deliverable: smoother hospital-day execution with clearer guidance across practical steps.

Post-treatment coordination

Post-Treatment Coordination

Support often remains necessary after the first hospital visit. We help patients organize reports, follow-up communication, and next-step coordination once they return home or move into recovery.

  • Recovery information support
  • Follow-up appointment coordination
  • Medication and discharge note organization
  • Communication support with local doctors
  • Follow-up coordination based on hospital instructions

Deliverable: clearer continuity of care support after the main visit is completed.

Our Coordination Fees

We keep our fee structure simple and transparent. Hospital treatment costs are billed directly by the hospital and are separate from our coordination fees.

Full-Process Consultation

$1,000 USD

One-time flat fee covering the full coordination scope: hospital pathway matching, record organization, appointment coordination, visa guidance, and pre-arrival planning.

On-Site Accompaniment & Interpretation

$250 USD / day

Per-day fee for in-hospital accompaniment, professional interpretation, and on-the-ground coordination during your hospital visits in Shanghai.

Hospital registration, tests, treatment, and medication fees are charged directly by the hospital. Our fees cover coordination work only — no referral commissions, no hidden charges.

Why patients use this service

Patients usually come to us because the China hospital journey is unfamiliar, language-heavy, and process-intensive. Our role is to reduce that uncertainty with practical coordination rather than marketing language or clinical promises.
