Nature of our service

Medical Tourism China provides non-clinical coordination and information support to international patients seeking care in Shanghai. We help patients understand the process, connect with hospitals, organize scheduling, and manage practical communication and journey logistics.

We are not a hospital, clinic, doctor, or emergency service. Nothing on this website or in our coordination activities constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment guidance, or a guarantee of any medical result.

Emergency situations

If you have an urgent or life-threatening medical issue, contact emergency services or a hospital directly. Do not rely on website forms or coordination channels in an emergency.

Scope of our coordination service

Our role is limited to non-clinical support activities. This may include the following:

Hospital matching

We help identify hospitals, specialties, or departments that may be relevant to your case based on the information you provide.

Appointment coordination

We assist with scheduling, registration, administrative follow-up, and practical communication with hospital teams.

Language support

We coordinate interpretation and translation support to help communication flow more smoothly between you and medical staff.

Logistics assistance

Depending on the case, we may help with travel planning, accommodation guidance, and on-the-ground support related to your visit.

No medical advice

This is one of the most important boundaries to understand before using our service.

Your responsibilities

Accurate information

You must provide truthful, accurate, and reasonably complete information so we can coordinate effectively on your behalf.

Review before deciding

You are responsible for reviewing hospital information, provider terms, and written arrangements before making any treatment or payment decision.

Medical decisions

You remain responsible for your own medical decisions, including whether to proceed with treatment and how to handle urgent situations.

Timely communication

Delays in providing records, approvals, or updated travel plans may affect scheduling, availability, and the delivery of coordination services.

Fees and payment boundaries

Hospital fees and our coordination fees are entirely separate and should be understood independently.

Third-party providers

We may help connect you with hospitals, interpreters, transport services, accommodation providers, or visa-related information sources, but these parties operate independently.

Hospitals and clinics

Clinical decisions, treatment quality, pricing, and scheduling are controlled by the hospital or provider — not by us.

Interpreters

Language support providers have their own operating arrangements. We coordinate their involvement but do not replace their independent obligations.

Transport and accommodation

Flights, hotel bookings, transfers, and lodging arrangements involve third-party providers with their own pricing and cancellation rules.

Visa and immigration

Visa approval, entry rules, and processing times are determined by government authorities and cannot be guaranteed by us.

Limitations and no-guarantee clause

We help patients understand process, timing, logistics, and communication pathways. We do not assume clinical liability for treatment provided by hospitals or doctors, and we cannot guarantee outcomes in the following areas:

Medical outcomes

Treatment results depend on medical factors, provider decisions, and case complexity outside our control. No outcome can be guaranteed.

Appointment availability

Hospital schedules, specialist availability, and registration slots may change without notice.

Third-party performance

We cannot guarantee the performance, pricing, availability, or refund behavior of hospitals or other independent providers.
